# Contact AssetPay

AssetPay is a B2B [payment gateway for CS2 and Rust skin trading](/about). If you
run a marketplace, a gaming site or a store and you're thinking about taking
skins as payment, get in touch and we'll talk through what the integration would
actually look like for your stack.

## Discord

Discord is where most integration conversations happen, and it's the fastest way
to get an answer. Join at [discord.gg/5zgN9FNZaF](https://discord.gg/5zgN9FNZaF)
and post in whichever channel fits, or DM one of us directly — **@hunbenji** or
**@ruushedd**.

## Email

Use [support@assetpay.gg](mailto:support@assetpay.gg) for anything you want on
record: contracts, security questions, account changes. We usually reply within a
business day. If you're writing about an integration, say so in the subject line
and it'll reach the right person faster.

## Before you write

Three things make the first reply useful instead of a round of questions: what
your platform does, roughly what trade volume you're expecting, and whether you
need CS2, Rust or both.

It's also worth reading the [developer documentation](/docs) first. The API,
webhook events and auth model are all in there, and a fair number of the
questions we get are answered on those pages already.

## What happens next

We'll check your use case is a fit, get you a merchant environment, and walk you
through the API and verifying signed webhooks. There's no setup fee. Pricing is a
fixed percentage per settled trade, so you pay when a trade clears and not
before.

We can't answer whether your particular product is licensed or legal in your
jurisdiction — that depends on your category and where you operate, and it needs
a lawyer rather than a payments provider.

## Already running on AssetPay?

Email support with your merchant identifier, plus the trade or event ID if
there's a specific one involved. With those we can pull the exact record out of
the ledger and answer properly the first time.

For anything touching account access or credentials, write in from the email
address on the merchant account. We'll need to verify the request before changing
anything.
